The renovation project includes full demolition of 9,500 SF of interiors.  

The renovation includes new open office layout with conference rooms; private offices; new restrooms and a break room on the first floor of Barcelona Hall; and interior upgrades to modify offices into classrooms at Durango Hall. The TI also included demountable glass partitions, exterior facade upgrades, parking lot re-striping, MEP upgrades and design-build fire sprinkler and fire alarm.
