Construction of two 4-story, warm shell ‘Class A’ office buildings totaling 380,039 SF and including wrap-around terrace decks and lush grounds with seating and gathering areas; a 5-level, 357,311 SF parking structure with a partial green roof; a 1-story, 13,656 SF amenities building; and demo and site work, including wet utilities and joint trench work, and extensive hardscape and landscape. Design-build MEPF. Self-perform concrete, pre-cast seats and planter walls, and rough carpentry. LEED Platinum.
