Level 10 Construction just completed one of the largest green roofs in Silicon Valley. The two-acre Moffett Place High Garden in Sunnyvale, California, is a gorgeous rooftop park that replaces an underutilized parking deck, transforming the area into a green urban oasis. The park is one of the central amenities of the Moffett Place campus, which was recently leased to Google as the 2nd largest office project under construction in Silicon Valley.
Lidija Grozdanic
On the Almaden Valley Clinic project placing a medical suite in a strip mall was a challenging endeavor, but Level 10 exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and quick problem resolution was truly a testament to the Level 10 team.
Kristin Moseley
On the Stanford Meyer Green project, the towering eucalyptus and cedars in the corners of the green were protected from harm during the demolition of the library, and additional trees were transplanted from other areas of the campus.
Kathleen J. Sullivan
The Central Wolfe campus has generated intense buzz in real estate circles mostly for its audacious design — three, four-story buildings over two levels of parking connected by an undulating skin.
Nathan Donato-Weinstein
When $10 million of underground utility relocation work was unexpectedly added to the project at the last minute, Level 10 immediately staffed up as if the relocations were part of the original scope of work. They worked seven days a week through the holidays while also ensuring that our microelectronics manufacturing center remained operational during construction.

Every large project is a series of problems in search of solutions. The team at Level 10 knows how to categorize, prioritize and analyze problems. They encourage and expect creative options from the team. They get decision makers in the room, drive towards a solution and clearly communicate a single path forward. The 181 Fremont team just got it done, over and over again.
Bob Hazelton
At its 181 Fremont project, Level 10 has built an entire scaffold wall/tunnel to protect the public in the breezeway behind the restaurant, our patio, as well as the adjoining plaza. I have never seen a construction company go to such great lengths to safeguard its neighbors and surroundings.
Bjorn Kock
Level 10’s 181 Fremont team continually coordinates very well with the Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) and the Salesforce Tower construction team to make sure our project, neighbors, businesses and surrounding job sites are not adversely affected by their activities. The team’s exemplary communication is a great example of how to build in a highly dense and busy neighborhood.
