Moffett Place Campus

Prominently situated along Silicon Valley’s Highway 237 corridor and I-101, Moffett Place anchors the world’s innovation capital. The project features 1.9 million SF of state-of-the-art, Class A office space on 55 intelligently designed acres.

The project has two phases.

Phase I includes:

• Demolition and infill
• Sitework
• Three 8-story, 315,000 SF, steel-frame office buildings (buildings 3, 4 & 6)
• Two 4-story parking structures: One is 320,000 SF with 1,076 stalls; the other is 248,258 SF with 520 stalls and a green roof (garages A & B)
• 50,000 SF event center
• All Moffett Place Phase I projects are either LEED® Gold or LEED® Platinum certified.

Phase II includes:
