Level 10 is signatory to the carpenters, laborers and cement finishers unions. Our ability to self-perform these trades allows us to control the schedule and quality of the work product, while maximizing the safety of employees and trades staff.

Level 10 self-performs the majority of structural concrete on our jobs. The fact that we maintain over 10 million man hours without a single lost-time safety incident while doing most of our work, is testament to the quality of both our self-perform expertise and our safety program.
