100,000 SF fast-track corporate office renovation and seismic upgrade of a six-story building with basement and roof deck. Scope included warm core and shell with new elevators, stairs, MEPF systems, restrooms, exterior glazing and facade, roof. Also included lobby renovation and sidewalk improvements. Level 10 self-performed misc. demo and carpentry services. Design-build MEPF.

Self-Perform Work
The team on this project temporarily opened up the roof to fly in structural steel for the new elevator and stairs. The super-slim steel beams and aluminum beams were specifically engineered for our temporary decks to cover the openings for weather protection during the winter months. They were also able to be picked with a crane so the team could remove and replace them for the installation of the structural steel.
