The team building provides locker rooms, open office space, and training space for the users. The hype room within the team building acts as an entry/exit tunnel for USD players.
The stadium includes a press box, room for concessions, stadium seating to view the new turf field, new bullpens, and sunken dugouts.
The facility seats 378 with the ability to expand to 500 seats for regional contests.
