Our Story

Level 10 was founded in 2011 by eight industry veterans with a shared vision of delivering the highest quality construction with a client-focused approach and an employee-driven culture.

Those goals were quickly realized. By 2016, Level 10 was ranked the second largest general contractor in Northern California by Engineering News Record, while earning award recognition for our building innovation and rapid growth.

While we’re proud of our company’s growth, we measure real success by our clients’ repeat business and our employees’ job satisfaction.

Our founder and president, Dennis Giles, was known for building meaningful relationships with clients, staff, and friends. A soft-spoken and highly respected leader in the industry, he focused the company on pursuing opportunities that promoted diversity and growth in the competitive construction market.

Dennis adopted a teamwork-oriented approach and was dedicated to leading Level 10 Construction towards remarkable advancements in various sectors, including life sciences, corporate commercial, education, hospitality, mixed-use residential, healthcare, and advanced technology. Under his leadership, Level 10 Construction embraced a shared vision of delivering the highest quality construction through a client-focused methodology and an employee-driven culture.
