The Level 10 team has completed projects for leading life science companies such as Amgen, Bayer, Genentech, Gilead Sciences, and CS Bio Co. They’ve also built prominent educational and research centers such as the J. David Gladstone Institutes and Scripps Research Institute, as well as facilities at the University of California, San Francisco and University of California, Berkeley.
Our preconstruction teams are adept at estimating the complex MEPF systems and process piping associated with life sciences facilities. Our in-house MEP and BIM teams understand how to optimize constructability and system performance. On site, our field teams build these complex buildings collaboratively, safely, on schedule and on budget – while also aligning them with cGMP building processes.
