The project provides a new and innovative campus for Altos Labs. Altos’ facility requires approximately 123,000 SF build out spread out between two buildings. The project includes R&D labs with approximately 60% lab ratio, general office space, support operations, a loading dock, bulk storage, and staff amenities.
Building 4 includes an 18,270 SF footprint in the basement for a vivarium plus additional support spaces. The building is connected to the adjacent Building 3 by a pedestrian bridge at top level.
