SMARTER ENVIRONMENTS FOR LEARNING

Building for schools, public and private, is some of the most important work we do. We’ve built research laboratories, classrooms, student housing, full-service dining and sports facilities for leading higher education and K-12 institutions throughout California.

Our education clients appreciate our adaptability, flexibility, and ability to utilize their preferred delivery methodology, including lease-leaseback, design-build, CM@risk, or CM-multiple prime. Our network of educational facility developers also provides us with the capability of providing P3, or public-private partnerships. We help our education clients meet their goals through proactive involvement in all phases of the project, from preconstruction through commissioning.

Much of our corporate campus work is based on our strong and collaborative relationships with top tier companies, many of whom are in the technology and biotech/life science space. Recent corporate space clients include Amazon, Baidu, Meta, Google, HGST, Oracle and Qualcomm, among others. We consistently meet metrics for speed, budget, quality, sustainability and safety, whether it’s a 55-story downtown San Francisco high-rise or a small tenant improvement project. By aiming for the highest level of performance to gain our clients’ trust, we are able to earn their repeat business.

On the Stanford Meyer Green project, the towering eucalyptus and cedars in the corners of the green were protected from harm during the demolition of the library, and additional trees were transplanted from other areas of the campus.
