Design-Build Library Building Modernization on MiraCosta College Campus in Oceanside. The project includes a renovation and expansion of the IT department offices; MEP upgrades; building lobby; acoustic upgrades; expansion of the Learning Centers; new study areas; computer lab; and classroom.

A modern building labeled Learning Commons features geometric wooden accents on the facade. Designed by California-based general contractor Level 10 Construction, the entrance has glass doors with three people walking towards it, surrounded by a sidewalk, grass, and a streetlamp.
