Constructed in the early 1990s, Loma Hall is a three-story building with a full basement and consists of steel framing, composite decks and CMU shear walls.

Phase 2 of the Loma Hall Renovation included a partial demolition to open up space for anew courtyard and structural upgrades to the existing structure. Improvements included new private offices and classrooms, wet and dry labs, state-of-the-art AV, DIRTT and terazzo flooring, D-B fire-life safety systems, photovaultic skylights and other site improvements such as colored site concrete, landscaping and hardscape elements for seating. LEED Silver.
