Involving Key Subcontractors Early
Level 10 uses design-build MEPF (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection) on the vast majority of our projects, including all of our large, ground-up corporate office projects. As we prefer this more collaborative and efficient method of working with our subcontractors, we have also used design-build procurement on other project scopes, including those listed below.

Utilizing Design-Build MEPF allowed us meet the rigorous schedule demands of Stanford University’s Florence Moore Hall Renovation. By obtaining early schedule, design and buyout commitments from our key subcontractors, we were able to lower costs and speed up delivery time, while removing from the owner many of the uncertainties associated with a project. Our 12-week project finished one week ahead of schedule.
