A fast-track renovation project of the existing 135,515 SF Florence Moore campus, which is comprised of seven dormitory wings, courtyards and a kitchen. Originally built in 1957.

Work included selective demolition and underground utility work; upgrades to outdoor yard areas; and renovation of 71 existing restrooms/shower rooms, resident fellow apartments, common areas, support offices and living/learning spaces in the student lounges within the dormitory wings of the campus. The student lounges include new furnishings, fixtures and finishes, as well as the installation of smart boards and projector systems.

A complete demolition and replacement of the full service cafeteria, designed to serve more than 400 hundred students daily, was completed in just 11 weeks.  This included all new MEP systems, equipment and tenant improvements.

To complete the project on time, Level 10 implemented work in two shifts to put in place more than $1.5 million worth of work per week for three months. The project finished more than one week ahead of schedule.
