The tenant improvement involved demolition, followed by the construction of new open office space, phone rooms, conference rooms, two boardrooms, lounge spaces, and break area, and a large micro-kitchen, as well as new interior partitions, doors, finishes, ceiling, lighting, and mechanical.
The project was constructed in an occupied building, and Level 10 worked with subs during the buy-out to ensure enough overtime was included in their contracts to complete work-off hours should noise restrictions become an issue. Level 10 worked closely with our client and the building engineer to communicate noisy work times and activities.
The construction team also worked with the architect to assist in a few of the design concepts for the buildout, including the privacy screens and lighting for the main lobby entrance.
