Synthetic Genomics (SGI) and Healthpeak (now Viridos) partnered to renovate the existing 11149 North Torrey Pines building. Core and shell renovation of an existing 44,768 SF building that includes exterior window upgrades; a new TPO roof; a new central plant; and the installation of new office space, lab spaces, and all new energy-efficient MEPF.
