SGI Renovation

Synthetic Genomics (SGI) and Healthpeak have partnered to renovate the existing 11149 North Torrey Pines building. The 44,768 SF project encompasses building upgrades, exterior upgrades and a complete repositioning of the interior space as part of SGI’s tenant improvements.

The modernized building includes all new and energy-efficient mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, new high-performance exterior glazing, roofing, hardscape and landscape upgrades, and new interiors. Level 10 is working with Project Management Advisors (PMA) to ensure a successful project delivery.
