Lab Build Out & TI

33,755 SF biology and chemistry lab build out, including the addition of mezzanine level, new exterior walls, and a new service elevator. This project was comprised of a complete renovation of the existing core and shell structure, and build out of the OncoSec headquarters space encompassing dry and wet laboratory spaces, clean rooms, kitchen, open and private offices, conference rooms, a fitness center, and exterior improvements, including drought-tolerant landscaping.
