13,864 SF interior TI for the departments of Career Services and Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions. The project included a new reception area, restrooms, office space, new HVAC upgrades, all new pipping, new electrical systems, ADA upgrades, site concrete and landscape. LEED Silver.
