Work includes new interior partitions, finishes, lighting, electrical and HVAC upgrades along with new interior and exterior doors and hardware. The project also includes a teaching lab with an adjacent BSL lab support room; a classroom with projector, USB ports, and chalks and glass marker boards. The teaching lab is equipped with lab casework, ADA sink with Millipore purification, fume hood, and overhead Unistrut canopies and black-out drapes to create six individual student lab spaces.
