Waterproofing repair to elevated outdoor plaza decks between two occupied buildings over below-grade parking. Total size of project scope is 69,000 SF and includes demolition, expansion joint and cover, traffic deck coating at service lanes, removal and replacement of plaza topping slab, planter waterproofing and repair, architectural modifications and enhancements to the central plaza. Design-build MEP.

This project required extensive coordination with the campus management team and tenants to ensure that emergency egress, lobby access, and access to all tenant suites were maintained throughout construction. Project finished one week ahead of schedule.
