Mt. Diablo Plaza Renovation

Waterproofing repair to elevated outdoor plaza decks between two occupied buildings over below-grade parking. Total size of project scope is 69,000 SF and includes demolition, expansion joint and cover, traffic deck coating at service lanes, removal and replacement of plaza topping slab, planter waterproofing and repair, architectural modifications and enhancements to the central plaza. Design-build MEP.

Project required extensive coordination to maintain emergency egress and to provide continual access to all suites and lobbies during construction. Project finished one week ahead of schedule.
