10,000 SF renovation of the Stanford Law Lounge and Cooley Courtyard, with a new lounge area, cafe, storefront systems and exterior pergola structure, and high-end finishes throughout. The space above was occupied during construction. Design-build MEP. Completed ahead of schedule with zero punchlist.

A modern office lounge area, crafted by California-based general contractor Level 10 Construction, features wooden walls, long tables, and diverse chairs. A large plant adorns the corner alongside a wall-mounted TV screen. Soft lighting and an open layout ensure comfort throughout the space.
A modern kitchen space is visible behind partially open wooden sliding doors, crafted by Level 10 Construction. Inside, there are stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with stocked drinks, and shelves. The tiled floor and dark wall color accentuate the light wood texture in this California-based general contractor's design.
