SAN.WE is one of multiple tenant improvement projects Level 10 San Diego has completed for Qualcomm. This particular project is a 28,000 SF, wall-to-wall TI that provides new open-ceiling space for two groups; Desktop Field Services (DFS)/IT in the north area of the building and Corporate Engineering (CE) in the south area. The DFS/IT area features an IT walk-up center. The CE area features a rack room and MDF room with HVAC systems. Both areas contain private offices, break rooms, work rooms, labs, lobby, and conference rooms.
