The Summit Rancho Bernardo TI project consists of 200,000 SF of interior demolition of an existing building, 100,000 SF new interior buildout, exterior façade upgrades at 10 tenant core locations, full site hardscape and landscape of existing campus, MEP upgrades at roof, two new central plants and decommissioning of existing chiller equipment.
