6,874 SF tenant improvement in an occupied building

This was a fast-paced, tenant improvement project in an occupied building. Scope included selective demolition, and addition of seven new offices and a new conference room, upgrade of three existing conference rooms, new exhaust system and lighting in the kitchen and breakroom, and new light fixtures and finishes throughout (paint, carpet, doors, frames and hardware). Work occurred above a fully occupied floor, so noise-generating work was scheduled during off-hours.
