The relocation of Lyngso garden materials to a new site involved demolition of three existing buildings and renovation of one 23,750 SF building. Scope included 400 auger cast piles drilled 55 ft. deep, new underground utilities and services, relocation of PG&E poles, a steam system, truck scales and numerous storage bins.
