He possesses exceptional skills in risk analysis, value engineering, and cost control, accompanied by a deep understanding of project requirements, market conditions, and procurement strategies. Andrew leads a team of estimators and collaborates closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all estimates adhere to project goals and financial constraints.

Holding a degree in Construction Management, Andrew continuously seeks to enhance his professional knowledge in the ever-evolving field of preconstruction.
