This project encompasses the development of a new hotel and an adjoining entertainment center known as The Apex. The hotel boasts a five-story structure spanning 135,000 SF, with a total of 156 keys. Room sizes range from 440 SF to 900 SF. Each room offers captivating views of the surrounding foothills through floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel also features an array of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center and an inviting outdoor terrace with a refreshing pool.
The Apex offers an extensive range of entertainment options within its 85,000 SF premises. Guests can experience the thrill of racing on a multi-story indoor electric karting track. Additionally, the center houses an 18-lane bowling center, golf simulators, a virtual reality arcade, and an expansive sports bar, offering both indoor and outdoor seating.
