SBO Campus Ph. I

Phase I of a design-build, five-phase masterplan corporate campus development. Phase I includes two new 200,000 SF, three-story mass timber office structures with three levels of sub-grade parking containing a total of 1,925 parking spaces. 

Scope includes lobbies, meeting rooms, shared team spaces, amenities, and courtyards. All roofs house mechanical equipment with PVs filling in between the mechanical equipment and skylights. 

The project also includes over 24-acres of site improvements.
