180,000 SF renovation of an existing warehouse into Class A office space with training rooms, full-service kitchen, and event space.
The entire structure and slab of the project was removed and built back to raise the building above the flood plain and to increase the structural capacity of the roof to allow for the MEP equipment and seismic loads. Only the exterior walls were saved and needed to be braced to reuse them. Design-Build MEP. LEED Gold.
