Kendall has extensive experience and has participated in many different areas of the industry. Starting her career as a consulting engineer, focusing on primarily higher education and healthcare markets, she used that time to earn her Professional Engineering License and developed a detailed approach to project coordination, sustainability goals, and systems selection. Having found a passion for the Design-Build delivery method and a respect for the craftsmanship of our tradespeople, Kendall transitioned to working for a Mechanical and Plumbing subcontractor. After 11 years overseeing the preconstruction and estimating department at Countywide Mechanical Systems, her market diversity expanded to Commercial, Multi-Family, Hospitality and City/State/Federal Public Works. Now, as MEP Preconstruction Executive at Level 10 Construction,  Kendall brings her systems expertise to strategically plan, direct and coordinate preconstruction activities. This includes creating preliminary budgets, tracking and communicating cost changes, providing VE feedback, and developing cost exercises to promote better owner understanding of building systems. Kendall also collaborates with the preconstruction team on budgeting, market pricing, historical cost, scheduling and site logistics
