With more than 40 years in the construction industry including as a Chief Financial Officer for both public and private companies, Jim’s experience ranges across all aspects of CFO organization, from accounting systems, to risk management, to leadership consulting. And on his list of recent accomplishments before Level 10, he was promoted to CFO of the building segment for a large publicly traded national contractor.

Jim’s management and leadership experience includes finance, risk management, budgeting, information systems, SEC reporting and project cost controls. He also has extensive experience in the areas of treasury, surety management and insurance procurement, including OCIP/CCIP programs.
