The Teralta is a new 108,797 SF, six-story affordable housing development in San Diego. The building includes 72 studio apartments, one to four-bedroom units, a parking structure, and commercial spaces. The project also has amenity spaces, including a community room, kitchen, children’s play structure, teen social area, BBQ areas, and community garden.The ultimate goal of this project is to create affordable living options for people in the community, while also providing commercial spaces that can contribute to the local economy. The design of the building ensures that it is safe, functional, and visually appealing.
