Located on the campus of Palomar Health’s Palomar Medical Center in Escondido, the 3,000 SF TI project includes a healthcare clinic, private exam rooms, lobby, kitchen, common areas, and office space.
Unique components that were part of TI include: Prefab HDR (High Dose Rate) Brachytherapy room, Varian linear accelerator equipment (included cast-in-place concrete vaults for radiation containment), Philips CT room (with lead drywall & windows), and nurse call system throughout the suite.
