80,000 SF ground-up construction of a three-story warm shell medical office building. The building exterior is comprised of a mixture of stone veneer and stucco with a glazed curtain wall entry tower. The site features bioswales strategically placed through the parking lot and site perimeter to provide natural treatment and filtration of debris from storm water on the site.
