Humble Heart is a new development in San Diego, CA, consisting of a six-story building spanning 108,797 square feet. The building will feature a parking structure, two commercial shell spaces, and office and amenity spaces for the residents.
This project will offer affordable housing to the community, with 72 studio apartments, one to four-bedroom apartment homes, including a manager’s unit. The building will also have outdoor amenity spaces catering to the residents’ needs and requirements.
The ultimate goal of this project is to create affordable living options for people in the community while also providing commercial spaces that can contribute to the local economy. The design of the building will ensure that it is safe, functional, and visually appealing.
