70,088 SF phased-build, gut core and rebuild of three floors and open office upgrades. Execution of “city center” design concept by creating themed floors that represent cities such as Tokyo, San Francisco and New York. Additional coordination with Owner theming consultant to deploy “threads” OH that will weave through all corridors, connecting our building with the neighboring two buildings through the existing sky bridges and newly constructed city centers.
