The project included demolishing a commercial kitchen and fitness center and constructing two Class 100 Cleanrooms, one Class 10,000 Cleanroom, a server room, and a 5,000 SF Office TI. The project required detailed planning and coordination to tie into the existing central plant while working in a fully occupied building.
The scope included all new infrastructure for HVAC, electrical, and process utilities to be installed exteriorly in the building.
