12,000 SF cGMP lab tenant improvement project in Milpitas. This project includes wet labs, lobby, break room, conference rooms, break area, storage space, a warehouse, new HVAC equipment, roof screen, structural upgrades, and roof membrane overlay.

This was a complete design-build project with the design team contracted directly under Level 10 Construction. Project included upsizing of building electrical and gas services through PG&E. Included H2 and H3 hazard occupancy areas.
