Father Joe’s begins construction on 400 affordable units

A modern, multi-story glass and steel building, crafted by California-based general contractor Level 10 Construction, is illuminated against a twilight sky. The structure features an array of windows and balconies, with people visible near the entrance. Adjacent buildings and evening lighting create an urban ambiance.
Construction soon will begin on Father Joe’s Villages’ Saint Teresa of Calcutta Villa, a 407-unit project on the corner of 14th and Commercial streets in downtown San Diego. (Rendering courtesy Father Joe’s Villages.)

The new project will be 14 stories and open in about two years
