When Level 10 Construction started up a couple of years ago, it was unclear whether the company had a future outside the Jay Paul universe (the developer was the primary backer of the startup). Fast forward, and that question seems quaint. Under the leadership of Giles, a veteran of Rudolph and Sletten, L10 has become a top player in the extremely competitive world of builders. Giles is soft spoken, but is a respected industry leader who has focused the company on selecting opportunities that position it for growth. The Sunnyvale-based company has opened new offices and is now doing projects for the University of San Diego, Facebook, Stanford, and of course, Jay Paul.
