As Senior Preconstruction Executive, Rob is involved early in the project life cycle to collaborate with clients, designers and stakeholders.

During the preconstruction phase Rob provides value by providing estimates, cost studies, value engineering, constructability reviews, schedules, project buyout, early procurement, permitting, and planning requirements to ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase. He leads the preconstruction team in San Diego.
