This UCSF Parnassus Campus project included the relocation of all of the hematology/oncology units into one space on the 4th floor of the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) building. The department includes infusion, clinical, research and administration components.

The 4th floor was completely gutted and rebuilt for the new hematology/oncology requirements. The floor consists of a total of 22,350 SF. Within that space, 3,190 SF is dedicated to the central utility core, which received an interior finish upgrade. BIM modeled.

The OSHPD 3 project achieved LEED Silver.

A modern hospital room, crafted by a California-based general contractor, features a single bed facing a large window with scenic views of trees and distant buildings. Equipped with medical devices and a wall-mounted lamp, the space is clean and bright.
The reception area, crafted by California-based general contractor Level 10 Construction, features wood paneling, a sleek white countertop desk, and partitioned seating. A sign reads Hematology Blood and Marrow Transplant Infusion Center. Large windows provide a stunning view outside.
A modern waiting area by Level 10 Construction features gray armchairs, a wooden ceiling, and expansive windows offering outdoor views. This California-based general contractor has crafted a well-lit space with overhead lights, complemented by shelves and decorative columns adorning the walls.
A modern office space by Level 10 Construction features wooden workstations aligned against a wall of large windows. The interior has curved desks with office chairs and ceiling lights, offering a view of trees and a distant cityscape through the windows, meticulously crafted by this California-based general contractor.
