Up and Down the Avenue: 200 Park and City View featured in “Future of Downtown San Jose” lead article

People walk and sit on a grassy area surrounded by modern buildings with large windows, crafted by a California-based general contractor. The architecture features a skybridge connecting the structures, with trees and cityscape visible in the background—a testament to Level 10 Construction.

Level 10’s 200 Park and City View projects are featured in the lead article for Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “Future of Downtown San Jose” special section.

The article discusses the transformation “at the intersection of Park Avenue and Almaden Boulevard in Downtown San Jose,” which includes three office complexes–including Level 10’s 200 Park and City View projects–and a new “garden street” concept called Park Paseo.

Park Paseo will will “serve as the springboard for a new, green downtown,” reads the article. The Jay Paul Company, developer for 200 Park and City View, has agreed to incorporate Park Paseo framework into the two projects.

Says Matt Lituchy, Jay Paul’s chief investment officer: “The projects planned for Park Avenue will spearhead the revitalization of downtown and create a focal point of a renaissance for the entire city.’
