181 Fremont spire is signed and ready to rise

A tall skyscraper with a modern glass facade and a red construction crane attached to the side, set against a cloudy blue sky, showcases Level 10 Construction’s expertise. The building features prominent diagonal support beams.

Covered in scaffolding and nearly unrecognizable, the spire for 181 Fremont is sitting right in front of the structure and ready to go up. Any day now. Be sure to stop by and check it out while passing by.

Once the spire goes up, which should be soon, it will make 181 Fremont the third tallest building in San Francisco, inching past 555 California.

The skyscraper, designed by Heller Manus Architects and developed by Jay Paul Company, cost approximately $665 million. While the first 38 floors will be dedicated to office space, the top 16 floors will be made up of Orlando Diaz-Azcuy-designed two- and three-bedroom homes and penthouses.
