Tenant improvement of 77,000-sq.-ft. existing building to create a new pediatric specialty services center for children and adolescents, as well as couples dealing with fertility issues. The new space houses more than 20 clinical subspecialties, including endocrinology, dermatology, urology, pediatric development, adolescent medicine and more. Designed for flexibility and comfort, it features large and comfortable exam rooms, adjacent changing rooms, adaptable meeting spaces and plenty of family friendly design. The center includes: an EEG and pulmonary function lab, a phototherapy room and a radiology suite with ultrasound, fluoroscopy and bone density scanning, and a high-tech lab for the diagnosis and rehabilitation of sports injuries (including concussions) in young athletes. Colorful, family friendly waiting areas include beanbag cushions and retro-style couches and chairs.

The new medical office building is also home to the new OSHPD 3 Stanford Medicine Fertility and Reproductive Health clinic, which includes 10 exam rooms, five consultation rooms, two treatment suites and a telemedicine suite. The IVF lab houses embryology and micro-manipulation equipment and features a state-of-the-art air filtration system.

Other project features include a conference room, office space, building support, private lactation room, spacious locker rooms with showers for staff, parking modifications and accessibility improvements.

During the fast-track, six-month construction, an existing tenant continued to occupy 14,000 sq. ft. of space on the ground floor of the East Wing. Design-Build MEP. The project is LEED Gold ID+C certified.
