1.8 million-sq.-ft. office development at the former 47.4-acre Lockheed Martin site in Sunnyvale. Development included demolishing 924,500 sq. ft. of existing buildings and constructing five 8-story, 350,633-sq.-ft. office buildings, a 59,211-sq.-ft. amenities structure with swimming pool, an outdoor ampitheater and recreation space, and three parking garages totaling 1M sq. ft. of parking space and containing 3,403 spaces.

The buildings are steel frame with design-build glass and metal panel curtainwall system and stone. LEED Platinum.

Construction of Moffett Towers II occurred in two phases. Phase I consisted of building out the warm shell for Buildings 1 and 2, Parking Structure A (PSA), and an amenities building and pool with associated sitework and demolition. Phase II consisted of building out the warm shell for Buildings 3, 4 and 5, and Parking Structures B and C (PSB and PSC).
