The relocation of Lyngso garden materials to a new site involved demolition of three existing buildings and renovation of one 23,750-sq.-ft. building. Scope included 400 auger cast piles drilled 55 ft. deep, new underground utilities and services, relocation of PG&E poles, a steam system, truck scales and numerous storage bins.
